When you submit a claim to us, you will be assigned a dedicated claims officer who will act as your advocate and ensures that your insurer receives the claim form, and other supporting documents, to process and settle your claim.

What to do if you need urgent assistance

For out of hours claims, please submit a form online and we will action this as soon as possible on the next business day.   

If you need an emergency tow, go ahead and arrange this. Just save the receipt and your insurer will settle reimbursement at reasonable cost as part of your accepted claim.
